Alford Manor House is the perfect place to hold your civil ceremony or your wedding breakfast and evening celebration after a church service.

You have exclusive use of the house the marquee extension and walled garden, which is ideal for the safety of children. The house and grounds are closed to visitors for the period of your celebrations, and there will be no other functions held on that day, unlike other venues.

You may choose to hire the venue for the day, previous evening for setting up and following morning for tidying up for £2400.00. You may then arrange your own catering and entertainment.

Civil Weddings/ Partnerships
At Alford Manor House we have two beautiful rooms in which to hold your civil ceremony. One room is suitable for about 25, the other will hold 50 seated, with an overflow room with more limited visibility accommodating another 10 or so.

The Civil Ceremony
Once the proposed date and availability is confirmed ,the first stage of holding your wedding ceremony at Alford Manor House is to contact the local registrar and book the required date and time (they will charge a fee for this).
Celebrations: The marquee will hold up to 100 for a wedding breakfast with rather more for an informal buffet.
