It costs more than £60,000.00 per year to maintain the fabric and services at Alford Manor House. This money ensures that this important Historic House and cultural centre will be available for use by the community for the future. Alford Civic Trust is responsible for the upkeep and future developments of Alford Manor House and receives no financial assistance for these costs from outside organisations. The house and any events are at present delivered by a paid tearoom staff, cleaner and a team of dedicated volunteers.
